Return/ Cancellation Policy
In order to provide our customers the opportunity to vote on the prints we offer, all pre-order sales are subject to a 20% cancellation fee once the pre-order phase has concluded. If an order is cancelled while the prints are still in the pre-order phase those items will only be subject to a 5% cancelation fee to cover processing costs. Funds returned from cancelations will be returned in the same form in which it was received and only to the account in which the order was originally placed from.
* Please note that all mock-up images of the diapers on the website may potentially have to be altered during the manufacturing process and the images are only a good indication of what the finished product will look like. If you do not like the way the finished product turned out, it will be eligible for return as per the return policy below.
If you decide that you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days. All returns must be in the condition that it was received and without being washed or worn. Only new products are eligible for any refund amount and the refund only applies to the price paid for the product, not including shipping.
Country Cloth Diapers is not responsible for return shipping and returns will be processed only after the returned product has been received.
If you would like to exchange your return for a new product, after the return is deemed eligible, you will be provided with a personal coupon code for the amount that was paid for the returned item. This code will be sent to the email address provided with the original order and will be good for 30 days. This code can be applied to any product available on our website. (Example: If ou return a diaper that you paid $10.25 for and a 10% rep code was used, your coupon would take $9.23 off of a new order.)
If you would like to receive a refund for a returned item, you will be issued a refund after the return is received and deemed eligible. This refund will also be subject to a 20% fee as with cancellations.
* If a return is due to a manufacturing defect and otherwise is a qualified return, the 20% fee will be waived for refunds. Manufacturing defects include broken snaps, print defects, holes, stretched elastics within 15 day inspection period, and sewing errors. Manufacturing defects do not include unsatisfactory fit, stains, faded prints, leaks, or defects related to improper care and/or excessive wear and tear.
** The 15 day inspection period begins on the day that the product is delivered. All defects must be reported before the end of the inspection period and will not be processed until photo evidence is provided or if necessary to determine defect, the product is returned.
