Our All-in-One diapers come with an insert that features an outer layer of Athletic Wicking Jersey (patent pending).  Out All-in-One diapers also have a pocket so additional inserts can be added for heavy wetters!  Like our pocket diapers, the All-in-One diapers also have a tummy panel, crossover snaps, 3 sets of rise row snaps, and the interior fabric is Athletic Wicking Jersey.
